The unionense Belchí Manuela García, PhD in Information Science, has donated to the City of Union of 2006 doctoral thesis "Planning Policy Information on the regeneration of the Sierra Mining and Portman Bay."
The Mayor of La Union, Francisco Bernabé García Belchí thanked "the grand gesture that this donation represents and greatly enriches our bibliographic records."
The exceptional work of Manuela Garcia Belchí, who developed his professional career in the Ministry of Culture of the Autonomous Region, is located in the Union City Library, located on the first floor of the El Progreso.
The dissertation of Manuela Garcia of great documentary value, with lots of graphic material that testifies to the great damage caused by the dumping of tailings in the bay of Portman.
