The Minister of Public Works and Planning, José Ballesta, received today from the mayor of La Union, Francisco Bernabé, a copy of the International Poster Festival del Cante de las Minas, held by the renowned artist Manolo Valdés in promoting this event flamenco reference world every August hosts the Cathedral of Cante de La Union.
