A total of 50 social housing situated in our town, property of the Housing and Land in the Region of Murcia, will be subject to rehabilitation and improvement work over the coming months.
In particular, it will act on the block of houses located next to Mary Secondary School Cegarra Salcedo, La Union, and the whole house situated in Calle Martín Pérez Saura, Roche.
The works include the renovation of damaged interior elements and the overall improvement of facades and roofs.
The total budget amounts to € 240,000 jobs, which will be fully funded by the Autonomous Community of Murcia, under an agreement signed with our City Council for that purpose in the Repair Plan.
Our Mayor, Francisco Bernabé, has outlined the great significance of this new action because, like you are doing to another level with the Barrio de San Gil, will be achieved and a substantial improvement in the lives of fifty families in our town, all without telling what the investment involves a direct way in creating jobs for the completion of these tasks ..
