At the headquarters of the House Pinion has been an institutional meeting between the city of La Union and the Union of Workers' Commissions.
The event was attended by municipal party, the Mayor of La Union, Francisco Bernabé, and Councilwoman Staff, Juana Sanchez, while on the union side have come, the Secretary General of CCOO, Daniel Bueno, the Secretary of Cartagena, Juan Pedro Martinez, and Secretary of Institutional Policy and Social Dialogue, Enrique Montoya.
At the meeting have been addressed several current issues at the local level, especially the plight of unemployment suffered by the municipality with an unemployment rate over 35% of the population.
In this regard, the parties have addressed the various proposals under consideration in the Bureau of Local Employment, valued very positively the idea of treating a road map to mark the milestones on which must rest the economic revitalization of the Union.
In addition, CCOO has offered the City the signing of a cooperation agreement between the two institutions through which translate training, retraining and career guidance offered to unemployed unionenses.
The Mayor has been assessed very positively the first working meeting and thanked the Union their interest and willingness to work for the problems affecting the Union.
