The Municipal Socialist Group in the city of La Union has submitted today to the Bureau of Local Employment a document with several proposals, in order to mitigate the effects of high unemployment suffered by the municipality.
According to city spokesman of the PSOE, Mariano Oliver, a document is open to debate among members of the Bureau of Local Employment.
Among his proposals are the training and retraining of the unemployed who come from areas hardest hit by unemployment, such as the construction going on to other activities with greater job opportunities, and for the promotion and creation of enterprises and cooperatives in sectors considered new employment sites, such as those associated with the development of Law Unit, the implementation in the Sierra Minera IES Module profiles studies currently defendants as Chemical Plant Operator, Energy Efficiency and Solar Energy.
Similarly, Oliver proposed "pooled management of ships to make it easier for entrepreneurs who want to start a business installation in the municipality, together with a series of measures to streamline licensing procedures and the establishment of reductions in local taxes and fees linked to local job creation. "
