In the building of the Casa del Pinon, located in the lower left of the building, was inaugurated this morning the new Office of Tourism of La Union, in a ceremony which was chaired by the Director General of Tourism Region Murcia, Marina García Vidal, and the Mayor of La Union, Francisco Bernabé Pérez.
The place has an area of 70 square meters and provides, inter alia, waiting area, equipped with TV screens, customer service area with 5 jobs and a vast information infrastructure of the tourism benefits of the Union and Region of Murcia.
As far as the decor, set in shades shades miners, features a large photograph of 15 square meters, the existing lake inside the mine Groups Vicenta.
The Director General of Tourism has congratulated our City by the high quality of new tourist units, noting that it will become one of the references of the network of Tourist Offices in our region.
The Mayor thanked the commitment of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism for making possible these facilities and has indicated that it will begin the process for obtaining a certificate from the Q for Quality.
The budget for the new infrastructure, furniture and equipment amounted to the sum of 49,000,000 euros.
