On the evening of Saturday 17 October, was held in the streets of our town's twenty-second edition of the popular race, "Mayor of La Union."

A total of 265 runners, divided from Benjamin to Super Veteran categories competed in a circuit set up between the main street, up the sale of the downloader, the natural landscape of the Chorrillo and ending on Main Street, a total of 5,000 meters.

Both the test itself, as the awards ceremony, was followed by a large number of spectators who cheered relentlessly the selfless efforts of the athletes.

The City Council has started work and in the next edition of this competition which has been consolidated as one of the benchmarks in the area of Murcia.
