The Governing Board of the Hon.
Union City Council has approved the tender for the construction of the new headquarters for the local police in La Union, the total amount of 192,000 € uros.
The project provides for the adjustment of the ground floor and basement of the building, "El Progreso" (Old Town Hall) from the city to locate them in the new premises of our police.
The new headquarters, which will cover an area of 600 square meters will have, among other rooms, offices, meeting rooms, training room, locker rooms, gym, dealer, etc., And a series of equipment that will provide high level of quality to the new facility.
The Mayor has expressed his delight at the launch of this project that will allow leave in oblivion the old facilities that have been supporting our police for many years, at the same time to give it a modern building prepared for any contingency, according to the highest level of professionals that make up its workforce.
