Yesterday ended the day middle of the semifinals in the current edition of the Festival del Cante de las Minas.
As in the previous day Monday at the Cathedral of Cante, a large crowd of audience cheered the flamenco art exhibition of the candidates, who flooded the evening flamenco feeling.
The flute of Cordoba Daniel Portillo, also accompanied by an impressive piano, opened the night with this new modality instrumentalist XLIX edition, rhythmic wind touches that gave the starting signal for a long night of flamenco.
After the performance of Portillo, it was the turn of the promising young flamenco dancing in Seville, Ana Morales, who played flamenco dancing accompanied by a Taranto.
Shortly afterwards, in the same mode under the same dance and flamenco, appeared Keiko Inoue of Japan, which closed the day last performance.
Evaristo Cuevas, brother of Miguel Cuevas, winner of the Mining Lamp in 2002, also went by the stage of the Cathedral of Cante, taking over after his performance the singer Carmen Fernandez, born in Seville but settled for years in Germany.
The 'Child of Aurora', 'Chato Velez', Ana Morales, 'El Coloraito', Eva Maria Ruiz, José Andrés Cortés and Carlos Zarate completed the flamenco night, closing the second day of entering the semifinals and final stage of the competition and unionense Festival 2009.
And among the crowd of the public, could highlight the presence in the pit of Miguel Angel Miranda, Instituto Murciano Director of Social Action, who did not want to miss the final stretch of the flamenco festival of La Union.
