The director general of tourism infrastructure, Marina Garcia, held last week, along with Mayor La Union, Francisco Bernabé, a Governing Board to monitor a series of actions that are taking place in La Union, through Sierra Minera Tourist Consortium, within the Tourism Promotion Plan.
These include internal musealization Groups Mina Vicenta, adequacy of access to it and improving the service area.
All in excess of 300,000 euros.
The objectives of these actions are part of improving the competitiveness of tourism in the Sierra Minera and the quality of urban and natural environment of the municipalities that compose it, its economic, social and environmental development, expansion and optimization of public services as well as adaptation to demand trends and the enhancement of new tourism resources.
The meeting also approved the fifth extension of the second year of the Tourism Promotion Plan for the Sierra Minera, and the third extension of the third annuity.
