The Mayor of La Union, Francisco Barnabas, and the Councillor for Culture, Julio Garcia, presented the program of activities of the "Second Spring Arts Festival" to be developed in the area during the months of April, May and June .
Among the events planned, there will be space for music, dance, theater and sports, among other activities.
