The Director General of Natural Gas Murcia, Carlos Manrique Gonzalez, accompanied by other makers, technicians and managers of the company in the Region of Murcia, have made an official visit to the city of La Union, where they were greeted by Mayor Francisco Bernabé.
In this meeting has discussed the future gasification of the city of La Union, which will reach across the municipality through the installation of a distribution network of 16 bars of pressure that will run parallel to the road to La Union Roche.
A regulating and metering station, located near the Industrial I Bolarín, shall arrange for distribution to the local village to 150 mbar pressure.
The Mayor of La Unión, Bernabe Francisco, said "the positive impact that will lead the implementation of this energy."
According to Barnabas, "there will be a clear environmental benefit, while the gain in energy efficiency industries."
Finally, the Mayor stressed "the convenience for the citizen will be provided with a continuous service of gas, so it will no longer rely on traditional gas bottles."
Natural Gas Murcia has the authorization of the Directorate General of Industry to carry out gasification project in La Union.
It is envisaged that the works should commence during this year.
