The government delegate in Murcia, Rafael González Tovar, the Union Mayor Francisco Bernabé, and President of the Superior Court of Justice, Juan Martínez Moya, inaugurated this morning the new headquarters of the magistrate in the municipality of La Union located in the old town hall in the town.
The new facility, equipped with five offices for Customer Service, View and File Room, will significantly improve this service.
González Tovar has used this event to share with the mayor of La Union details on the handling of projects, until the 24th January, will present the works councils for funding from the State Investment Fund.
In particular, it goes to the Union a total of 2,915,000 euros, which will also allow the execution of works for the town, hire individuals who are unemployed.
The Government delegate also reported other investments to be held next year in the municipality.
In particular, he referred to the works of sanitation and water treatment by providing a total of 600,000 euros for the tertiary treatment of the wastewater treatment plant of La Union, many from the Cohesion Fund by 80 percent and Inter-territorial Compensation Fund that the State brings to the Autonomous Community of Murcia, in the remaining 20 percent (120,000 euros).
The municipality will also receive an investment of € 225,000 under the State Fund for the upgrading of drainage channels for rainwater in the clear.
Moreover, it is also envisaged that the Ministry of Labor set aside a total of 155,978 euros for basic social service benefits to the Commonwealth of the Southeast.
