They explained that the projected three-storey blocks are separated by 5 meter pedestrian streets, and count each one with a number between 10 and 12 homes, making therefore that total between 40 and 48.
Also, within the development works the implementation of an urban garden, part of the inner green area of ​​3,609 square meters, intends "to the idea of ​​being used to promote a sense of community in the neighborhood, promote coexistence and provide an educational and inclusive alternative to residents, "said Mayor of La Union.
With an estimated construction cost of 850,000 euros per block housing 67 is raised to 73 sq meters for young people, with two bedrooms and option three, or housing for large families of 120 square meters, in all cases with storage, resulting in a total floor area of ​​1,100 sqm block.
Under the current Regional Plan for Rehabilitation and Housing, the selling price for new housing is estimated at a maximum of 80,000 euros for housing of 73 meters, or 200 euros average monthly rent.
