The City of La Union, through the Department of Economic Development and Employment led by Antonio Liarte, will launch a new Joint Programme for Employment and Training called "Cleaning and Environment".
The project aims to develop an educational activity that trains unemployed in our town, registered in the office of the Employment and Training Service, and aged between 25 and 54 years.
This type of projects is oriented to training for work in cleaning companies and waste collection.
Service target is to achieve the formation of 18 students, to perform cleaning and maintenance practices in public spaces and buildings belonging to the City of La Union, who in coordination with the municipal brigade, as well as services Cleaning the City Council will carry out the corresponding practices following the theoretical training period.
The project will be coordinated by a director, an administrative and a monitor, which will impart the same lectures and activities have practical classes.
In total, 21 will be a number of people that are working and training in our town through this Joint Programme for Employment and Training.
The duration of the Project "Cleaning and Environment" will be 9 months and is framed within Level 1 qualification, to provide greater opportunity for all unemployed in our town.
This action, promoted by the Department of Economic Development and Employment of the City of La Union is once again a strong commitment to continue the fight against unemployment in La Union.
It is also the second consecutive year that our town has a Joint Programme for Employment and Training, behind which was developed during the year 2014 "Socio-Health Care".
