This morning was held in Murcia a working meeting between the Minister of the Presidency and Employment of the Autonomous Community, José Gabriel Ruiz, and a representation of our City, formed by our Mayor, Julio Garcia and Deputy Mayor for Public Safety Fernando Alcaraz.
The meeting has been described as very productive for both parties, has served to keep track of programs for Employment through Training Workshops, Workshops Employment and Youth Guarantee actions that the Ministry has initiated and which our mayor, Julio Garcia, committed in the town are developed and carried out by the SEF office remains open in La Union and whose services are to continue strengthening.
Also the Minister informed our Mayor on new jobs for under 25 and over 45, long-term unemployed and dependents.
Similarly, our representatives have made known to the Director the need to strengthen the means available to Civil Protection in the town, particularly in regard to the acquisition of an ATV that allows patrol the Sierra Minera and protected areas .
Finally, we have also tried various issues relating to local finance and investment in our town, in relation to which it is working from the Regional Executive to improve assistance and cooperation with the City through the Plan of Works and Services 2015.
