The Hall of Pinion House was the setting for the ceremony Awards for Best Thematic Minera Christmas Card by children of our town.
The event was attended by our Mayor, Julio Garcia, accompanied by several councilors of the government team, making all together presented the trophies to the best works of children from all schools in La Union, Portman and Roche who participated in the contest.
Notably, as noted by the Mayor, the high artistic and creative level than they demonstrated our youth, for the delicious Christmas pictures that captured in their works had all as clear reference landscape setting and distinctive signs of mining and our town: as masts, chimneys, wagons, the Mina Groups Vicenta or Old Public Market.
