Highly successful participation can express the first female self defense seminar "Union City", organized by the Spanish Association of Martial Arts and Disciplines Cardio Sports (ASEAM-DC) and taught by Sensei Pedro Miranda, who last Saturday took place at the Sports Centre Career Irun, all in collaboration with the Department of Sports and Women's Hall of La Union, led by Laura Vincent and Rosa Pagan, respectively.
In the same a range of activities including chat is noteworthy given by the lawyer Inmaculada Sánchez Moreno, who was on the knowledge of the terms of proportionality in terms of self-defense developed.
He then proceeded to develop the course itself of female self defense, followed by all participants with a great use of it and where they proceeded to finish with the presentation of certificates to all children enrolled in the seminar, which amounted to 60 persons.
Finally, the event featured a display of martial arts by students of the Association, which included Japanese Ju Jitsu, CrossFit, CardioJitsu and boxing.
