Last night, in the unique setting of the Mina Group Vicenta in the Mining Park of La Union, Abdon Alcaraz pianist, winner of the Cante de las Minas Flamenco Best Instrumentalist Award Reef, presented his new album, called "Groups Vicenta ", which was also recorded live for later layout and commercial distribution.
Alcaraz told for the occasion as guest artists with two extraordinary musicians like Jorge Pardo and Javier Colina and a magnificent score composed by Veronica Sobrino, Miguel Angel Orengo, and Gautama the Field.
The wonderful songs written by Abdon, played masterfully by the extraordinary cast of musicians accompanying him were succeeding one after another creating a magical atmosphere, which undoubtedly contributed especially the incomparable setting of the mine located 80 meters deep in the bowels of the earth, and that was the delight of all attendees, who were impressed with a truly unique event.
The event has been sponsored by the Trinitario Casanova Foundation and the International Flamencology of the Catholic University of Murcia (UCAM) and Foundation Cante de las Minas, Mining Park and the City of La Union.
