The Youth Council headed by Maria Hermogenes in his zeal to spread literature among the young people of our town, has launched for the second consecutive year the Literary Contest II "Short Story 2014 The Union."
The competition aims to reward young writers of the municipality and it has had this year again with the cooperation of the schools of the town, in order to encourage the participation of all interested parties in this cultural activity.
The Second Short Story Competition 2014 The Union will develop according to the following basis:
1ª- may attend the poets and writers over age 15 and to submit their original and unpublished work (including those published in social networking sites, blogs, or any other physical or electronic means), in Spanish.
To that end by the work you must submit affidavit in which such property is specified and that has not been awarded in other contests.
2nd- Short Story: From free theme and no more than ten A4 pages, double spaced, font Times New Roman 12 point.
3ª- Papers should be sent in quintuplicate a motto or pseudonym properly sewn or stapled.
Along with work in a sealed envelope separate (Escrow) shall include author's full name, address and phone number, contact email, photocopy of identity card (ID card, passport, etc.), and the affidavit referred to in the first clause .
All entries that do not conform to the provisions in these rules will be rejected.
4ª- The Jury appointed for the award three prizes for consistent form in three lots of books.
Diploma for all participants.
The Jury whose decision will be final, may declare the prize void.
Jobs are not rewarded 5ª- be destroyed not keeping Organization Contest participants correspondence with authors.
6ª- Jobs are mailed before December 19, 2014 to the following address: City of La Union, No. 55 Main Street La Union Murcia 30360, specifying on the envelope to the "Second Short Story Competition The Union 2014 ".
Or leaving them in the study center itself.
Will be accepted consignments received after the closing date, provided the postmark is within the deadline.
7ª- Jury Winners will be notified by phone or email the ruling, taking place awards over the course of a Poetic-Literary event to be held during the month of December 2014 in the Plenary Hall of the City of La Union.
Committing winners to attend this event or send a representative, if their presence is not possible.
8ª- Participation in this competition implies acceptance of all the bases.
As expected them prevail judgment of jurors.
