Great success of the second meeting of haute cuisine by Cantes Levante (15/09/2014)

This past weekend the Restaurant vinegar maker, La Union, has successfully held the second meeting of Haute Cuisine by Cantes Levante, in collaboration with the International Flamencology the Cante de las Minas Foundation and the University Católica San Antonio de Murcia (UCAM).

All attendees, who filled the halls of the daily settlement have agreed about the high gastronomic level appointment, along the spectacular fusion performed between the kitchen and the best flamenco performances by performed by the students of our School of Flamenco Art.

The participating chefs are:

FIRO Vazquez, the restaurant "El Olivar" (Moratalla)

GIACOMO BOTTER, the restaurant "El Olivar Catering" (Moratalla)

MAMEN PINI, the restaurant "El vinegar maker" (La Union)

ANDREW MARBLE, Confectionery "La Gloria" (El Palmar - Murcia)
