Restaurante El vinegar maker, La Union, has organized the second meeting this week of Haute Cuisine by Cantes Levante, and gastronomic Flemish meeting the highest level, with the collaboration of the Foundation Cante de las Minas and Catholic University of Murcia, through the International Flamencology managing both institutions.
This year's meeting has the novelty that will alternate chefs to make their dishes live in front of the guests as they perform live songs and melodies of our land.
The meeting will develop along this weekend, on 12 and 13 September at lunch and dinner services.
