The Patron Saint of The Beal were launched last Saturday night.

The mayor of La Union, Francisco Bernabé, was the harbinger of this year and was accompanied by several aldermen of the government staff of La Union and Cartagena.

In his opening speech, the first mayor unionense revealed the many links that have always existed between La Union and El Beal, fruit of affection and feeling of brotherhood that exists between the two populations, but also the economic, political, tourist and existing religious.

Also quoted many residents of the town with ties to La Union, being its words welcomed with satisfaction and great applause by the hundreds of spectators who attended the event every time.
