The Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the Region of Murcia, in its plan for international promotion of regional tourism products, has organized a familiarization tour of eight Chinese tour operators, from Canton and Hong Kong, in order to know the potential cultural and tourism product of the Region of Murcia.
The purpose of this trip is to establish contacts in China to open market and enable these operators to schedule the Region of Murcia in their itineraries, as it is Chinese operators specialized in cultural tours throughout Spain.
One of the attractions that has had this familiarization trip was a tour of the Mining Park of La Union, visiting the Mina Group Vicenta, has surprised them very pleasant way, being delighted with the experience.
In the Chinese market predoniman circuits for coach groups including shopping and monumental visits at an average cost of between 3,500 and 6,000 euros, as well as travel to meetings, incentives and study Spanish.
The profile of the Chinese tourist is entitled college, between 35 and 60 years and affluent, who hires organized packets between 8 and 15 days average stay.
Their spending is 200 USD per day on average, and 2,100 euros for buying books.
