A crowded hall of Pinion House was the scene yesterday afternoon that hosted the presentation of the latest book by writer and historian Mouzo Rogelio Pagan called "Migrate to live the dream of peasant villages to improve their living conditions . Their arrival in Cartagena and La Union. "
