The Full Council of La Union has approved the initiative of the Popular Party, the Ordinance for the implementation of a Business Incubator in La Union, which will be designed to facilitate a local business at a very reduced rate to new entrepreneurs to start a business.
The facilities for this purpose will be the building of the nursery site in the urbanization Sabina Golf opened in 2011 and so far has not been used due to the lack of demand for children for its facilities, which will now be adapted to relocate them to new entrepreneurs in need of The Union, Portman and Roche.
In total, they will make available to 10 local stakeholders, with surfaces ranging from 12 square meters to 60 square meters, plus 3 storage.
The building also has a meeting room and other common services for sharing.
The ordinance will be exposed to the public for one month in order that they may make representations to it, being intent of the government team out to tender awarding local referrals to next January.
The maximum transfer of the premises shall be the first 2 years of exercise activity and the forecast is that the cost thereof, currently under study by the municipal technical services, amounts to about 3 euros per square meter leased monthly.
