The Jobufer Mercantile Ltd., engaged in the collection, treatment and recycling of waste oil, located in the Business Park I Bolarín, has been awarded one of the Sustainable Development Awards given annually by the Ministry of Presidency of the Region of Murcia.
Specifically, the award falls within the field of climate change initiatives within the group of the winners for business communication efforts carbon accounting (balance and carbon footprint).
The Prize has been awarded ex aequo to Jobufer along with Estrella de Levante (Brewery) and Bodega Mills and Lagares de Bullas (wine production).
In the case of granting obeys Jobufer be calculated and certified by Bureau Veritas Germany, in the context of the ISCC (International System of Sustainability and Carbon Certification), the carbon footprint for the oil produced.
It is the first time that a company of our town is honored with these awards, which this year already fulfill its sixth edition.
