The Eucharist in honor of Our Lady of Sorrows, and the subsequent procession of the patron saint through the streets of his neighborhood last night put the finishing touches on the Feast of The Garbanzal 2013 that have been labeled unanimously by neighbors as one of the best to be remembered in the history of this place.
Three consecutive days of lively festivals night, a bustling and colorful Medieval Market and a fun fair, have served to brighten the spirits of the thousands of people who have come during this time to enjoy the festivities.
Religious acts of the day yesterday was officiated by the Vicar of the Diocese, Jose Leon, who was accompanied by Parsons Garbanzal, Luis Miguel Garcia, and La Union, Ginés Luis Vicente.
At the municipal level the city was represented by our Mayor, Francisco Bernabé, who was accompanied by a large representation of the Municipal Corporation.
