The Minister of Education, Universities and Employment, Pedro Antonio Sánchez, and the mayor of La Union, Francisco Martin Barnabas this morning put the first stone of what will be the sixth center and Primary Education officer of the municipality.

In this regard the City will implement the first phase of the center with the construction of the six kindergarten classrooms, while the Autonomous Region in charge of promoting the construction of the remaining 12 classrooms aimed at primary school.
The total budget for both phases is more than 3,000,000 euros, entirely contributed by the Government of the Region of Murcia.

At present, the Union has five public schools and Primary Education two Secondary Schools and Special Education Center, plus two schools and three kindergartens concluded.
