The government delegate Bascuñana Joaquin has received in Murcia city representation made by our Mayor, Francisco Bernabé, and the Deputy Mayor for Public Safety, Antonio Liarte.
The meeting has discussed the current situation in which the file is located on the regeneration of Portman Bay and that the Ministry of Environment intends to bid this summer.
In this regard, Bascuñana committed their support in order to facilitate and expedite the process to be undertaken by the Government of Spain in this regard.
Similarly, the meeting has been analyzed the situation of security in the city, saying the Delegate that the Guardia Civil will increase its efforts to have the greatest possible presence in La Union, Portman and Roche, supporting a coordinated with the work of local police and surveillance.
