The Municipal Government Team has approved Local Government adherence to the Convention for the establishment of the Social Housing Fund, signed between the Ministry of Economy and Competitiveness, the Spanish Federation of Municipalities and Provinces (FEMP), the Bank of Spain, Third Sector Platform (NGOs), the Patron Banking and Credit Institutions 33.
This resolution adopted is part of the sole additional provision of Royal Decree Law 27/2012 of the Government of Spain for urgent measures to strengthen the protection of the mortgagors, under which participating credit institutions constitute your own background with housing for only those families whose evacuation has occurred as a result of implementing demand initiated by the credit institution which is the social background of housing.
Our mayor, Francisco Bernabé, been reported to be a major concern the issue of evictions, and to pass this Convention is to protect families at risk of losing their homes because they are in a vulnerable situation affected guaranteeing citizens an affordable solution.
