The Mayor of La Union, Francisco Bernabé, received this morning at the House of the pinion to the teachers and students representatives Comenius Project that promotes Secondary School Sierra Minera of La Union, welcoming them to our town.
Coordinated by IES Sierra Minera and schools with Christoph Probst Gymnasium (Germany), the IISS Bachelet Galilei (Italy) Wellantcollege (Netherlands), College Jongkind (France) and Ekholmsskolan (Sweden) has been developing during the courses 2011/2012 and 2012/2013, an Association Comenius Multilateral called "Sustainable Development at a Local Scale".
The project is mainly on Sustainable Development and local actions that can afford to be "green centers".
The project themes are water, recycling, energy and related professions.
Throughout the two courses have been active in each of the centers, which have been shared using ICT and joint activities in the reception centers.
The IES Sierra Mining has made three mobilities: the first to Linkoping (Sweden), the second to The Hague (Netherlands) and the last to Gilching (Germany).
To close the project and how our center coordinator unionenses same final meeting organized from 5 to May 12, welcoming students and teachers from the five participating centers.
