Our young neighbor Silvia Arenas Almudena Rodriguez and Martinez Conesa, both 16 years old, have gone up to the higher echelons of Aesthetic Group Gymnastics after their recent victory in the Cup of Spain 2013, held in Huesca.
Both athletes, who play in the junior team Rhythmic Gymnastics Club Cartagena, have a brilliant resume that has allowed them to win the National Championship several times, and even be greatly shone in the last Junior World Championships held in Bulgaria, where they were finalists.
The two champions have been received, along with their parents, at City Hall by our Mayor, Francisco Bernabé, the Councillor for Sports, Laura Vincent, whom congratulated on behalf of all the municipality for their great sporting achievements and they have expressed a enormous pride involved for the Union to have such high-level athletes, encouraging them to continue with their brilliant careers and strive for new successes.
