The House of the Municipal Corporation initially approved the new catalog Township Real Protected, soon will go public exhibition stage so they can be presented allegations by concerned citizens.
The new catalog is a prodigy and well documented work done by the municipal officers in listed and protect all existing historic structures in La Union, Portman and Roche as well as the remains of all mining operations in the Sierra.
Equally as a new catalog includes new forms of protection, such as those relating to Intangible Assets (Sing Mines), to sculptures and ornamental elements existing public roads and areas of geological interest.
Our Mayor, Francisco Bernabé, assessed very positively this step and has invited all interested parties to submit the allegations they deem appropriate to enrich the text, because it is going to become necessary legal instrument that not only protects but also serve to value the rich heritage of every kind that holds our town.
