The Full Council of the Union has agreed with the unanimous vote of the three political groups, the approval of the Internal Regulations of the Union Councils, Portman and Roche.

Once you were made the 3 Councils and in accordance with the provisions of Article 63 of the existing Rules of Participation, it has given them the appropriate standard that will regulate all matters relating to their internal operations and decision- decisions.

The Councils of La Union, Portman and Roche are the instruments of representation and participation of municipal associations in the organic life of the City Council, serving as direct channel to convey the concerns of its members to the local authorities.
