The Abraham Project Association and the City of La Union, through the Department of Social Services who heads Rosa Pagan, have launched an introductory course in basic computer and Internet user, 40 hours of training.
It started on November 5 and ends on December 5.
It is done in the computer room of the Youth Space, from Monday to Friday, 10 to 12 hours.
The course is designed for 16 people at risk and / or social exclusion arising from social services of the City of La Union.
The goal of this workshop is to provide users with access to new technologies, in order that they may enjoy the society of information and know the many advantages of Internet.
The socio-labor is the purpose of this workshop.
Since its inception, the Association Abraham Project, provides comprehensive support to its users in order to develop resources that enable them to enter the labor market on equal terms.
Contents of the workshop:

Overview of basic tools.
2.
Organization and storage of information in a computer system (files and folders, etc).
3.
Direct management tools: word processing, calculations and data processing.
4.
The Internet world (utility, benefits and related basic tools).
- Typology and internal structure of the network of networks.
- General and basic services deployed in the network.
- Basic tools and programs for management services.
- Programs utility in diverse network
