The Department of Celebration of the City of La Union, led by Mary Hermogenes, is finalizing the organizational arrangements for the next edition of the festival in honor of our patron saint, the Virgin of the Rosary.
To this end, they have already held several meetings with members of the Federation of Peñas "El Palenque", a year filled with fun and good atmosphere the Fairgrounds Plaza Joaquín Costa.
Similarly, there are now more than 20 entities have registered to participate in the parade of floats, which this year all participants will be in our traditional and colorful confetti.
This Friday 21, from 21.30, the Old Public Market will host the Gala Election of the Queen and Ladies of the Festival 2012, in a ceremony that will be open to the public.
