The Board of Trustees Cante de las Minas, composed of representatives of the Ministry of Culture, the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the Region of Murcia and the City of La Union, Murcia held its regular annual meeting.
In the course of it have proceeded to approve the annual accounts for 2011, which have received favorable audit report.
Similarly, we have adopted the Action Plan and Budget for 2012, which has a total of 726,062.45 euros to cover all activities of the Foundation (Festival Flamenco Art School, College Conferences, Sing Museum Mine, etc..).
Our Mayor and Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Foundation Cante de las Minas, Francisco Bernabé, has said that, despite the significant reduction of the budget compared to last year, the Foundation will be able to continue to schedule all planned activities and with a maximum quality level, sanctioning as always the good name of The Union and flamenco music.
