The Local Government Board of the City of La Union this morning granted planning permission for the timely construction of a roundabout access to the future home for the elderly, the last of the pending administrative proceedings to be initiated shortly complex works.
The new round access lane will be located on the road to Los Camachos Union at the height of the new residence, located in front of the Garden Pio.
The budget for implementation of this infrastructure amounts to EUR 534,976.66.
The new nursing home in turn has a budget of EUR 9,058,493.11 conduct of and it involves the creation of a total of 225 spaces for residents, which will meet all the needs of the municipality and much of the region, and the creation of several hundred jobs directly and indirectly.
The intention of the Foundation Diagram, promoter of the project is to begin construction in the coming weeks ahead of the new facilities can be completed during 2013.
