Was recently held at the Municipal Sports Self Defense course with walking stick Police, organized by the local police in this county and taught by instructors Armament Systems and Procedures (ASP) in Spain, Andreu Soler.
The above course has a duration of eight hours and it involved a total of twenty students, all members of the Local Police Union, the Customs Surveillance Service and other members of the Security Forces of the Region of Murcia.
The course fits into the training plan for our staff of officials, and the same protocols were given technical and tactical internationally recognized ASP.
The course objectives are to acquire knowledge in: proportionality of force in an intervention, use of non-lethal weapon, legal bases and become skilled in the techniques of neutralization of a threat.
