The best news possible for our municipality has been confirmed: the process of award of the work Reclamation Portman Bay will go ahead in order to allow work to begin this year.
This has been confirmed by both the Secretary of State for Environment, Federico Ramos, Director of Sustainability and the Sea Coast, Pablo Saavedra, an official delegation of our municipality composed of our Mayor, Francisco Bernabé, Deputy Congress and the National Infrastructure Spokesperson's Party, Andres Ayala, and Deputy Mayor of the Presidency, Culture and Tourism, Carlos Martinez, Julio Garcia and Antonio Liarte, respectively.
Specifically, the responsible ministries have reported that the Bureau of Procurement of this procedure is already made up its new members and it will shortly resume its meetings in order to complete the proposed award of the tender summoned.
