The President of the Regional Assembly, the unionense Francisco Celdran, hosted our Mayor, Francisco Bernabé, at the headquarters of the regional parliament.
During the meeting our Mayor has proceeded to give Celdrán a lithograph of the poster in the last edition of the Festival del Cante de las Minas, the work of Pedro Cano also Barnabas has informed the plenary of the recent agreement under which the President of the Assembly will have a street named in our municipality.
Celdran has been very grateful to both initiatives and has ratified its support to various local cultural projects, particularly the Cante de las Minas.
Similarly, both leaders agreed that the Regional Assembly next spring will be the place of filing of the Flemish edition of the competition LII.
