Completion of the works a little over a year, the Day Care Center of La Union, located next to the Home of the Elderly, has worked for several months through the employment workshop experimentally, and once you do all the paperwork accreditation with the Institute for Social Action Murciano (IMAS), we proceeded to start the recruitment process for the implementation of Day Care service for older people.
The Centre consists of 40 seats, of which 19 will be agreement with the Instituto Murciano Social Action through legislation governing the Law Unit.
The annual cost per user comes to the amount of 8,400 euros financed entirely from the Autonomous Community and the user.
The service to be provided to users attention involves basic care, prevention and personal autonomy orientation, rehabilitation, counseling, occupational therapy and maintenance programs of mental and physical abilities of users.
The total cost of the service is 159,600 per year and the contract provides for a duration of four years.
The intention is that the center opens its doors Monday to Friday and dining serving users who demand it.
The seats not occupied agreement may be paid directly by users of the service cost.
