The recent dissolution of the Tourist Consortium Sierra Minera not being an obstacle to the towns of Cartagena and La Union continue to work together and coordinated the enhancement of its main attractions.
In this regard, it has maintained a workshop in our City Council, chaired by our Mayor, Francisco Bernabé, which was attended by the council of tourism in both municipalities, and Antonio Liarte Palazón Carolina, which has been treated in a very special joint promotion of the deposits of the Sierra Minera, including La Union Mining Park and Victoria Cave and Mine the Matildas of Cartagena.
Also, both cities have agreed to initiate contacts with other municipalities in the district to carry out a coordinated effort to promote the full potential of our cultural and heritage environment.
