Antonio Fuentes Perez retired Magistrate Judge, Son of the Union, was born in the mining town in 1918.
Jurist of recognized authority, the judiciary developed a long career.
Initially, as an elected judge in Pozoblanco (Córdoba), its good to be publicly recognized with his appointment as Honorary Citizen of the city.
After his promotion to the Court in 1959, new destination in Cadiz.
President of the Territorial Court of Albacete and Toledo, was awarded the First Class Cross of San Raimundo de Peñafort.
In 1982 he became a magistrate to take place in the Provincial Court of Murcia.
Contributor to professional journals of law, was the author of several monographs in his field.
The Union City Council agreed to his appointment as the Son of the city in plenary March 10, 1983.
