Regional Employment Service and Training of the Autonomous Community of Murcia has awarded the City of La Union a grant in the amount of 370,499.40 euros, for the hiring of 20 people in a situation of unemployment.
The workers, who have already been selected from nominations submitted by the Regional Employment and Training, will begin to do their jobs the month of October and for a period of nine months.
One of the jobs is for an archaeologist and the remaining 19 to various maintenance workers.
In addition to these 20 positions of public employment, in Union is also developing an employment workshop with 34 other municipal workers, so that the municipality currently has a total of 54 people developing a work activity because of the Grants awarded by the Government of the Region of Murcia in our City.
