The mayors of Cartagena, Pilar Barreiro, and La Union, Francisco Bernabé, have held a working meeting at the headquarters of the mayor of the City of Cartagena, located at the Palace Hall of the city department.

The meeting, which has been described by both leaders as very cordial and satisfactory is part of the round of regular contacts with both mayors held regularly throughout the year to discuss issues of joint interest of both municipalities, this time in especially on matters of promotion and tourism development in the region.

Barreiro and Barnabas agreed to continue working in a coordinated and be deployed for an upcoming meeting in which further development of the various issues in common.
