Students in the Computer Workshops offered by the Center for Adult Education (ECA) of La Union will be available as from next academic year, a Manual of Information at User Level professor who developed the Lirola Francisca and one of his students, Fina Almeda.

At present, the ECA offers two Union Free Computer Workshops, an early education (about 130 hours) and other advanced level called for Administration and Management Workshop, which consists of two modules of between 120 and 150 hours each a, courses after the student receives a certificate and will be expanded next year with training activities on the Internet and Power Point.
