The artist Fulgencio Cegarra Pérez was born in Barcelona in 1920, but after two years he moved with his family to La Union.
For years he cultivated his artistic passion, especially in the decoration technique learned from the master flask Benzal Diego, which applies in polychrome tile in many buildings and public spaces of Murcia, Cartagena, La Union and La Manga.
