The City of La Union has been awarded by tender for the installation of six electronic displays at bus shelters along major bus stops in the municipality, an initiative that aims to provide information on various services to all users of this mode of transport.
These screens, distributed among the Calle Mayor (3), Real (2) and Murcia (1), not only give you information about routes and schedules of bus lines, but also other relevant information related to the weather forecast and the various activities taking place in the municipality unionense.
The mayor of La Union, Francisco Bernabé, stressed the importance of such infrastructure, since "not only will allow a significant modernization and, consequently, a higher quality of road passenger transport, but also will improve information services about what is happening in the city, adding to itself a remarkable aesthetic improvement to bus stops. "
Work on the placement of these electronic screens have a budget of 110,000 euros fully funded by the Directorate General of Transport of the region.
